Yeah they sort of have different applications. MTA seems way more open ended w/ lua and such. SAMP has the crowds and just implements things in a different way. I mostly play MTA for race mode, but its good for other shit too.

Sometimes I almost wish we could go back to the early days of samp, the constant bugginess (YOU HAVE BEEN JACKED) made it hilarious, especially with the large amount of players (100 person games of ptpm...shit). Not that i'm opposed to stability at all, more nostalgic.

Anyway I'm excited for playin ptpm tomorrow/in the future. Too bad its gon be real early in the usa. guess i'll just have to not get really fucked up tonight or anything.

you have version 2.0 of gtasa, download a crack to get v1 then install samp/mta etc

It doesnt seem to be the version of the game that matters, it won't even start up. I can install it, but it wont start.

You need to advertise on samp and mta because if there's nobody on the server, its not funny :p
